A baker for more than 20 years, Jeanne hails from the east coast where she's worked in just about every branch of pastry.  Notably Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill, Gramercy Tavern, Equus Relais & Chateaux, and The Midwife And The Baker.  In 2010 she returned to her alma mater to teach at the former French Culinary Institute until they closed the doors as the International Culinary Center in 2019.

Bees Knees Bakery was born in the winter of 2020 to bring fresh pastries to farmers markets of the

Monterey Peninsula.
